A group of 12 charming chromolithographs by G. Scotson-Clark; published in London by Fisher Unwin circa 1900.

These amusing images depict some of the greatest stars of the Music Hall from the late C19th London stage. They date from a time when the Music Hall was at a peak of its popularity and its stars were as famous as any cinema or stage actor today. Many of the artistes became well known for particular songs and crowds would gather in huge numbers to hear them perform.
