The Royal Enfield brand ceased to operate in England in the early 1970s but until then it was famous for producing excellent motorbikes and bicycles that were exported all around the world. The first motorbike was produced in Worcestershire in 1901 and this evocative poster dates from the 1950s; the hey day of British cycling.

A scarce set of four copper plate etchings in vibrant original hand colour. This set depicts the four stages of a hunt and are offered in their original frames and glass. They were printed for Carington Bowles and published in London circa 1775. Although unattributed these prints are almost certainly engraved by Thomas Burford (1710-1774) after the paintings by James Seymour.
